The quarterly safety meeting summary displays how many of a certain type of safety meeting was performed during the specified quarter.
After selecting the Quarterly safety meeting Summary from the reports menu, select the vessel and period (or quarter) in which you would like to view the report for.
After clicking next the following report will be displayed.
